Step-by-Step Selection & Incubation

Online Application
Submit your details via our online portal at /apply. Choose your primary specialization, preferred duration, and link your GitHub, LinkedIn, or personal portfolio.
Profile Screening
The Roxonic HR and tech committee reviews your projects, academic background, and technical curiosity. Candidates with active coding repositories receive prioritized shortlisting within 48 hours.
Practical Assessment
Shortlisted applicants receive a hands-on technical challenge (e.g. building an API endpoint, designing a Figma wireframe, or writing a data analysis script). Submit code via your dashboard.
Technical Interview
A 30-minute virtual discussion with a Senior Mentor. We evaluate your thought process, architecture reasoning, team collaboration mindset, and willingness to learn.
Offer & Onboarding
Selected candidates receive a formal Offer Letter from Roxonic Private Limited. Complete document verification and gain access to the Intern Portal, Slack workspace, and GitHub teams.
Certification & PPO
Upon successful milestone delivery and meeting our 10-metric evaluation threshold, receive your tamper-proof QR verified certificate and consideration for full-time employment (PPO).
