To administer applications, screen candidates, coordinate mentorship, track attendance, and issue certificates, we collect:

• Candidate Identity & Contact: Full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, and residential address.
• Academic & Professional Data: College/university name, course, current semester, year of graduation, CGPA/percentage, skills, and resume documents.
• Public Profiles: URLs to GitHub repositories, LinkedIn profiles, portfolio websites, and practical test repositories.
• Operational Logs: Daily check-in/check-out timestamps, IP addresses, browser user-agent data, and task milestone submissions.

3. Purpose and Use of Data

Your information is collected and processed strictly for legitimate educational, operational, and organizational purposes:

• Evaluating your qualifications and suitability for open internship tracks.
• Providing access to the candidate portal, intern cockpit, and internal project resources.
• Tracking project sprints, milestone completion, and calculating performance-driven stipends.
• Issuing cryptographically authenticated digital completion certificates verifiable in our public registry.
• Ensuring platform security, investigating unauthorized access, and maintaining audit logs.

4. Zero Data Commercialization

We do not sell, rent, or trade candidate data to third-party advertisers or recruitment agencies. Data is shared only with internal hiring managers, engineering directors, and vetted cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Hostinger server hosting, transactional email relays) under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Public Certificate Verification Registry

When an intern successfully graduates and is awarded an official completion certificate, certain credential details (such as Candidate Name, Certificate ID, Specialization, Issue Date, and Duration) become publicly searchable at /verify via the Certificate ID or QR code to enable employers and universities to confirm credential validity. Private personal contact information (email, phone, address) is never displayed on the public verification page.

6. Data Security & Storage

We employ industry-standard security safeguards including encrypted database connections (TLS/SSL), password hashing (BCrypt), session fixation defenses, role-based access control (RBAC), and CSRF token verification across all forms.
